Laptop with patient information stolen from TCH

It had the medical records for about 1,600 cardiology patients. Authorities say the password protected computer was taken back in May and had the names, birth dates and diagnoses of the patients. It didn’t have any financial or insurance information. The hospital says new procedures are meant to prevent another incident like this from happening in the future.
