Amicas Inc. says it has agreed to acquire Emageon Inc. for about $39 million. Amicas, which makes radiology, medical-imaging and information-management products, says in a statement released Monday that its subsidiary will offer to buy outstanding shares of Emageon common stock for $1.82 each in cash, for a total of about $39 million.
